Oracle Customer Center Overview

What is the Oracle Customer Center?

The Oracle Customer Center is an intuitive portal where you can easily access and pay invoices, manage contracts, track orders, redeem rewards, and make updates.

Who has access?

When an order or quote is submitted to Oracle, various email contacts are provided. These email addresses determine access to the different modules within the Oracle Customer Center.

Typical contact types include the following:

1. Payable/financial contact: the individual responsible for handling payments and invoices
2. Sales/technical contact: the person placing the order for products or services
3. Management/executive contacts: individuals overseeing financial or technical decision-making (if applicable)

Access is initially granted based on the email(s) listed in the ordering documentation. Once logged in, users can invite and manage additional users within their organization.

How to access the Oracle Customer Center

You can access the portal using the primary billing contact email address associated with your Oracle contract (as listed on the ordering document).

Managing invoices in the Oracle Customer Center

Once logged in:

1. Log in to the Oracle Customer Center.
2. Navigate to the Invoices section from the main menu.
3. View Invoice List. Invoices are sorted by status:
   • Past due: invoices requiring immediate attention
   • Open: unpaid but not overdue
   • Closed: fully paid
4. From this view, you can
   • Click an invoice number to view details
   • Email the invoice list
   • Make payments directly within the portal

Self-service billing features

Visit the Billing Profile section to take the following actions:

Invoices

• View, download, or pay invoices

Payments due

• Query upcoming due items—sorted by status and due date (descending)

Billing profile updates

• Update billing addresses and payment methods
• View plans associated with the account
• New: Download the subscription billing schedule
