Hello Experts,

Hope you all are doing well and safe.

I have a facing an error while generating stack trace to understand the OBI server crash.

I am running below command on my solaris box and getting below error:

Command on Solaris box:

/u01/app/obiee/product/bi/bifoundation/server/bin/pstack_gdb.sh /u01/app/obiee/share/nqsserver.1517.14424.155790.core.

Error:

warning: Could not load shared library symbols for 2 libraries\n e.g. /usr/lib/locale/en_US.UTF-8/sparcv9/en_US.UTF-8.so.3.

Use the "info sharedlibrary" command to see the complete listing.

Do you need "set solib-search-path" or "set sysroot"?

Below is the environment details:

OBIEE - 12.2.1.3.0

OS: Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64 Bit) 11

Please let me know if anyone has faced similar issue.

Thank you all for support.

Stay safe.

The issue that you're describing isn't an OBIEE one as such but a Unix one. Have you tried looking at the OBIEE log files as a starting point? Just by the way, 12.2.1.3 is no longer supported and if you were to raise an SR for your issue, the 1st thing that Oracle Support will say to you is to upgrade to a supported version.
