Server location information and some other security questions

I reached out to support, but apparently it is not within their scope. They asked me to request my information at CCC.

I am in need of the following information for a client on pod 6:

  • where is Oracle Eloqua server for our pod situated? Is it Frankfurt? Or Amsterdam?
  • They want to have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Oracle (Eloqua), how can they get one?
  • Does Oracle (Eloqua) make backups? If so, how often? Where are they stored? When are they deleted?
