Retention policy for the files in the Inbox/Outbox of Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS environment

Hello Oracle Team,


We would like to confirm the retention period for files stored in the Inbox/Outbox Explorer within the Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS environment. Specifically, our client is asking how long exported Level 0 data remains available in the system after it is generated.


Could you please provide details on the standard file retention policy and whether there are any configurable settings related to file retention in the Inbox/Outbox.
