System is removing BPA reference when changing Requested Ship Date in Incomplete Purchase Order

Summary:

Once PO is created from Requisition and it is in Incomplete Status (as we have disabled "Automatically submit for approval" in BPA) and having BPA reference. When we change Requested Ship Date in the PO, it removes BPA reference from the PO.

If we change Quantity or Requested Delivery Date then It is not removing BPA Reference.

There is no issue related to BPA effectivity date, BPA effectivity date is of 31-Dec-2025 whereas Requested Ship Date is of Aug-2025.
