CX Service UI Extension App is missing - 25A?

We cannot see the CX Service UI Extension App in VBS, but we can see CX Helpdesk UI Extension. We've tried recreating projects and everything from scratch, and have all the features/offerings turned on.

We are on 25A. Are we missing something?

The furthest we can get is the following, but they are only similar matches, not exact to what's in the docs/videos:
