Incorrect Total Amount on Customer Statement

Hi. There are two Bill-To Sites and a different customer Statement is generated for each of these sites with correct list of transactions/Receipts. But, in each Statement, the Total amount is incorrect. It is showing the total across the account and not for that site. Has anyone faced this issue.
