Display Additional Information Section Only for External Supplier Registration in Redwood UI

We are working on the Supplier Registration process in Redwood UI, and we would like to control the visibility of the Additional Information section.

Specifically, we want the Additional Information section to be displayed only during external supplier registration, and not shown for internal registration users.

Is there a way to apply this type of conditional visibility—based on the registration type (external vs. internal)—using Redwood UI tools or Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio)?
