Hello All,

We are currently working to enable AI-embedded features within the HCM advanced modules at our organization. As part of this process, we will soon meet with our cybersecurity team to review and seek approval to move forward with the implementation.

The cybersecurity team has raised some concerns regarding the functionality and data management of these AI features, specifically:

1. How do AI-assisted features operate within HCM advanced modules?
2. When the AI assist button is clicked in an evaluation comment, how is the data automatically filled?
3. Does this data come from external sources outside of our system?
4. Is any data shared across different customers?
