Is there a way to do Certificate-based Authentication in OIC 3?

Summary:

Certificate-based authentication is generally considered preferable to password-based authentication because it is based on what the user has, the private key, as well as what the user knows, the password that protects the private key. We have received private key, digital certificate and client certificate from one of 3rd party Application. We are unable to configure certificate based authentication using this.

Is there a way to do Certificate-based Authentication in OIC 3?
