Upgrade to paid account not working
Hi.
I am ready to upgrade to a paid account. I requested the upgrade a long time ago, and my account says Pay As You Go, but I cannot add any paid compute instances.
I tried to open a support ticket but my tenancy is not eligible for Oracle Support because I need to upgrade to a paid account first.
