What are the major differences between on-premise Oracle Data Integrator and the integration cloud service?  What are the advantages of the cloud service?  If you have already bought ODI for on-premise, is there any major reason to move to the integration cloud service?  Is the integration cloud service primarily for integrating Oracle-only cloud applications, or does it offer general purpose integration as well (non-Oracle to non-Oracle)?

None of these scenarios or questions are easily addressed in any of Oracle's cloud documentation.
