Method: projects.scanConfigs.create

Creates a new ScanConfig.

POST https://websecurityscanner.googleapis.com/v1beta/{parent=projects/*}/scanConfigs

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

`parent`	`string` Required. The parent resource name where the scan is created, which should be a project resource name in the format 'projects/{projectId}'. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource `parent`: `cloudsecurityscanner.scans.create`
