Required. The resource name of the ScanRun to be stopped. The name follows the format of 'projects/{projectId}/scanConfigs/{scanConfigId}/scanRuns/{scanRunId}'.
Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource name:
cloudsecurityscanner.scanruns.stop
